  Food is actually alright. But I hope you like a long wait? Service can be very slow especially trying to get seated even when you've reserved a table and the place looks quiet. However most of the staff are friendly and have a good rapport with customers.

  I changed my business hotel booking to the Premier Inn from my usual booking. Sad to say that my experience at this Beefeater was appalling. Poor service at the bar, then told at 820pm that no bar food was available (no chefs) and no tables available in the restaurant. Unhelpful staff. I will not be staying at this Premier Inn again and certainly not eating in a Beefeater again

  If I could give 1 star I would. Absolutely awful in every aspect from the drinks with rotten lemon in and food undercooked and rotten vegetables on the plate.
