We order from here fairly often and always have issues. We live in an area with no signal and give clear instructions for delivery. Order arrived cold due to driver not knowing where we were and was given a voucher for the trouble. This time we waited over an hour, called the store to say apparently the driver had called multiple times (which is rubbish as we have no missed calls and have Wi-Fi calling) and was told that they won’t refund us. Will be going further to get our money back, do not order from here.

Avoid at all cost! Ordered food from several places having just driven back from holiday. All said collect at 7.15 and having collected my wife's and my own food from other places, I went to collect my kids pizza from here as a treat. I walked in the door to be greeted by blank faces that knew nothing of my order until I showed my email, they hadn't even checked online orders, mine now ordered 35 minutes before. It was just after 7.30 I got the pizza, no apologies, nothing. By the time I got home both my wife and my own food was cold. Don't waste time making a complaint either, I was offered 50% discount on an order as a gesture of goodwill, the same 50% you get by ordering the buy one, get one free on the website (this discount cannot be used in conjunction with another offer) so is a farce. Domino's is over priced from people who care nothing about their customers, go to Snappy, at least you get good customer service and good food.
