  Absolute Chaos and Complete Failure of Basic Communication If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to repeat my order three separate times to the same worker. Realizing she was struggling, she called her manager over specifically to check and ensure the order was correct before it went through. You would think two people double-checking a simple order would guarantee success, but somehow, they managed to get almost every single item completely wrong. Out of the entire meal, only one side item was correct. And the rest of what I received was a waterlogged tray filled with soaked vegetables topped with a slab of melted cheese. Completely unappetizing and clearly rushed or improperly prepared. Instead of wedges & I specifically ordered three completely different pizzas . When I got home and opened the boxes, every single one of them was the exact same pizza. It takes a remarkable level of incompetence to have two employees—one being a manager—confirm an order over three times and still mess up 90% of it. Save your money and go anywhere else. This level of service and attention to detail is embarrassing. I am still chasing from Friday to get my money back in which no one seems to want to help so will be taking this further if not resolved by the end of today.

  I Come in. Only to get the chocolate cinnamon rolls. Not only this has ruined my perception of how they are made as I thought they had a hot pot of chocolate. But has put me off dominos now As they basically gave me a slab of a chocolate coin. Not even melted

  Placed an order via Just Eat at the Bromsgrove store at 7.15pm, was due to arrive by 7.45pm. Didnt arrived so we called Bromsgrove who told us they had transferred it to Droitwich. Called Droitwich at about 8pm to ask about order and a man was very rude and told us they are busy so it will be 30-45 mins. Another hour went by and still no order so we called again. Spoke to the same man who didnt even take any details and just put the phonw down. Order eventually arrives at 9.20pm and was missing items. Not good enough
