  Took two attempts to order at the kiosk, just kept saying it couldn’t complete order… looks like it didn’t take Amex, but it never said that… so, I didn’t get any points because forgot to tap my burger king app at the second machine… my fault… £45 …. Better be good when the food comes so I can give you a star rating for that above….. I had to give 3 stars for service not because the people serving were bad, they were in fact very efficient and friendly, but if you will use a machine instead of a person for the process you need to at least get it to say, couldn’t take your card, would you like to try another….. Food! Yummy, I did get an unexpected fries instead of the ketchup and there was a massive shortage of drinks, but that’s perhaps down to computer rather than people, I don’t know. As I say, lovely people served us, we were happy to wipe our own table as it was fairly busy, maybe a robot could do that? 🙂

  Can u imagine that said is 4.10£ for a salad I spent 47.80£ and they forget the fries and that was a salad I was shocked I will never order again from that place....

  Expensive. Warm drinks, not much drink selection. Only kids meals available were nuggets. No kids meal toys. All in just a bit rubbish.

  Worst service. They forgot the fries from the kids’ meal and also forgot the burger from the main meal. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise until we had already left. I tried contacting them by phone and through their website, but received no response at all. Very disappointing customer service and a poor experience overall 0/10.

  It appears salt is a finite resource in this establishment and the succulence and moisture contained in the food can be compared to that of the Sahara desert. Maybe their lack of salt was traded off with drying my mouth up like a nuns privates. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to risk flavour and enjoyment in the pursuit of nothing!
