  Barely anything in my 'loaded fries'. Refund policy is a scam since I'm not going back in person to a random service station.

  Placed an order, came up in the screen, asked for it, was told it was not ready. Asked again 15 minutes later. I was told it wasn't ready. Asked again 30 minutes later. The lady goes back brings a bag that had been set aside 25 minutes and tries to hand it to me (cold by then). I had to push for them to make a new one.

  they didn’t get the order right - asked them to remove one item from burger and the removed the wrong one (mayo). when i asked them to remake it they added like 4 times as much mayo as they usually do

  Took two attempts to order at the kiosk, just kept saying it couldn’t complete order… looks like it didn’t take Amex, but it never said that… so, I didn’t get any points because forgot to tap my burger king app at the second machine… my fault… £45 …. Better be good when the food comes so I can give you a star rating for that above….. I had to give 3 stars for service not because the people serving were bad, they were in fact very efficient and friendly, but if you will use a machine instead of a person for the process you need to at least get it to say, couldn’t take your card, would you like to try another….. Food! Yummy, I did get an unexpected fries instead of the ketchup and there was a massive shortage of drinks, but that’s perhaps down to computer rather than people, I don’t know. As I say, lovely people served us, we were happy to wipe our own table as it was fairly busy, maybe a robot could do that? 🙂

  Can u imagine that said is 4.10£ for a salad I spent 47.80£ and they forget the fries and that was a salad I was shocked I will never order again from that place....
