  Worst service. They forgot the fries from the kids’ meal and also forgot the burger from the main meal. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise until we had already left. I tried contacting them by phone and through their website, but received no response at all. Very disappointing customer service and a poor experience overall 0/10.

  It appears salt is a finite resource in this establishment and the succulence and moisture contained in the food can be compared to that of the Sahara desert. Maybe their lack of salt was traded off with drying my mouth up like a nuns privates. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to risk flavour and enjoyment in the pursuit of nothing!

  Unbelievable, spend £33 on food where it was served in the worst condition ever (cold, throw in the bag and worst of all not what I paid for). Went to the counter with the receipt thinking "ok I will just wait" it was even worse off. Meat was burnt, cold and it did not taste good at all. I don't usually leave a bad review unless truly surprise me. This place has. I really hope no-one gets food poisoning from Burger king or the bill with huge. Someone really needs to look at this place closely

  Waited 17 minutes for the food. Then gave us the wrong drinks. Also gave us a wrong burger. The staff (a young lad) didn't even apologise to us. Just said "yeah, were busy" They also got someone else's order wrong too. For saying we paid £40-£50 they definitely could've done better.
