Used the drive through and everything was fine. The intercom system wasn’t working but they sent someone out to take the order and didn’t have to wait long.

The food from this Five Guys was great, recommend the little cheeseburgers as well as the little shakes. It’s good to have the option of the smaller portions, perfect for us. We ordered through the website while on-the-go in the car, but our food was not ready on time when we arrived. The food was also incorrect when received, but they did remake the burgers for us. Incredibly busy inside, but the team of staff were calm and friendly.

I love the Five Guys concept, but unfortunately, the Winnersh branch doesn't offer Halal options. There is a huge community in and around the Wokingham, Winnersh, and Bracknell areas that would absolutely love to eat here if Halal beef were available.Even if it isn't a fully certified pork-free store like the London or Birmingham branches, introducing Halal-certified beef with separate grill management—similar to the Reading Oracle branch—would bring in a massive wave of new, loyal customers from this local area. We really hope management considers making this update!
