  I bought a bottle of water in this store. Upon leaving, I realised that I’d inadvertently bought sparkling and so I returned back to change it. The member of staff that served me was rude and unprofessional. When I asked him how he wanted me to exchange the water for a more expensive one (they didn’t have still water of the brand I’d initially picked), his response in a nonplused manner was (and I am not exaggerating here): “I dunno”. I questioned, “You don’t know?”. “No,” he replied. Another member of staff then approached and took over. The rude member of staff walked off. This guy could not care less about being there, doing his job, or being professional. When I mentioned this to the other member of staff and asked if this is how he normally is, he said “No” but said nothing else about him. Later he said “Sorry for what happened” but honestly, this guy needs to be properly spoken to, or else leave. It should also be noted that this store is understaffed and the tills are never manned (staff only approach if you you’re waiting and call them).

  I brought a mockingbrid green smoothie yestoday i got on the bus to drink it saw the date on it was 15/03/26 and yeatoday was 4/04/26 i tryed to call the store 5 times no answer there no email ad ither i didnt get a receipt so i couldn't take it back plus by then i was on the bus. And the till staff are never on there just have to wait till they see you or you have to shout out you want somone on a till so you can pay ive seen few times peolpe just putting cash on the till and walk out without the food going through till ok its the right cash but there should always ALWAYS be somone on till its staff talk rudly about other staff . They closed the store few times coz short staff .

  Reasonably priced but as it's such a small shop there's very little choice and both offers and prices are not the same as in the normal and extra stores!
