  Went here last May 4 around 5pm, I have expected to enjoy food because my children always love eating to any Wagamamas. However, the service at this Wagamama in Windsor was very poor. Food order took so long to arrive and the staff gave us seats where the music was so loud and near the kitchen. I asked him if we could have a table on the other side because we have an infant with us and he just said, "no there's none available." Although it looked like there was a lot of space on the other side of the restaurant. It was indeed a very disappointing experience.

  was initially very disappointed with the service. We ordered two dishes, but only one was served at first. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, we asked about the second dish (salmon) and were informed that it required more time. It is reasonable to expect that both meals are served together. While I understand it was a busy Sunday, this should not impact basic service standards. I had planned to enjoy lunch with my wife, not to dine separately while she received her meal significantly later. That said, the manager later addressed the situation promptly, and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. After this, everything was fine.
