Upon arriving, there was no waiting time, the person who took us to our table was very friendly and asked about any allergies which was useful as this was a concern. The food came together and the waitress was patient with the time we took ordering. Food was amazing.

The quality of wagamama Ramens have degraded drastically. This was my 4th visit in 3 years and I am honestly disappointed with the quality. The broth was blant and loads of noodles in it, I didn't come in for noodles but ramen. Never going back.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Wagamama. There were far too many noodles in my ramen, and the texture was so unappetising that it completely ruined the dish for me. I expected much better, and unfortunately, the quality of the food made my whole experience unpleasant.
