  I love coming to this Tesco as it always has the essentials and plenty of parking. What knocks me down a star is that a minority of the staff are a little rude

  Shop floor staff are good, the management needs a bullet up their preverbial! Some products out of stock for weeks on end, today the fridges and freezers were almost empty. The excuse of "our fridges were out of order yesterday" doesn't stand, the store was recently "refurbished"! The aisles are too narrow for the new fridges and freezers with doors, customers with wheel chairs struggle to get access to them. With the new freezers and fridges, came the moving of aisles, which means now some have roof pillars in the middle of them, making access even worse. The whole store is a shambles, the management should be ashamed. Aldi, just down the road from Tesco, is looking quite good as an option....that or one of the other Tesco stores around the area.

  I do a lot of click & collect at this Tesco store and yesterday was greeted with a lovely smile from Sol at 4.30pm on Thursday 18th June. He truly went above and beyond with my extra large order and cannot thank him enough. An absolute credit to Tesco in Dedworth 😃

  Unfortunately a poor Tescos. The store seems cramped, but sadly the range of products on offer somehow manages to appear lacking. Doesn't warrant the superstore label. The layout seems to be really odd, why can't these supermarket chains have some consistency in the way they arrange products, so you can find what you need without doing 3 laps of the entire store.
