Star drop as I have been thrown my order on the counter from staff member camed from behind. Asked for my name. I have said the number of the order and been thrown and pushed the bags towards me. Thank you.... 11 September edit: Booked 10 mins before the slot, arrived 3 minutes after the slot time, waited 3 minutes on counter and still asked to wait 10-15 minutes more for my order. Not busy at all. 3 people customer base and 5 staff member on site....

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
