- HHHelenJul 22, 20261.0Not impressed. We didn't get a warm welcome or made to feel like they wanted us there. Felt rushed when ordering even though there was only us in the queue. Didn't see the man serving us smile once. Bought cakes which were ok, nothing special. I asked for soya milk, it was warm. So I asked for some cold soya milk and they said they dont keep alternative milks in the fridge!! I'm pretty sure you are meant to. So I had to sit there (in the lovely warm atmosphere..not) longer than I wanted to until my tea got cold enough to drink (I like a lot of cold milk in my tea so its cool enough to drink straight away).
