  By far the worst dominoes I’ve ever used. 30-40 min delivery still waiting 80 mins later. Ended up going to the store after calling 8 times to find staff ignoring the phone and my food cold on a shelf. Disgusting customer service avoid.

  The pizzas I ordered at lunch time for delivery tonight have arrived 20 minutes late and the driver does not have the receipt which I explicitly said I need. Now the branch does not answer the phone. A receipt must be delivered to me or I will take this matter further.

  I experienced a disgusting attitude from a rude and arrogant staff member who refused to give me his name. I placed an order through Just Eat, and after waiting 50 minutes, I called the restaurant to ask about my order. The staff member told me that no order had been placed, even though I clearly had an order number. After I gave him the order number, he then claimed that my address had no postcode, which was not true. I checked my order and it clearly showed my full address, including the postcode. I offered to send a screenshot to prove this and asked for a phone number, but instead of helping, he continued arguing, making the situation worse rather than resolving it. Because of his attitude and poor customer service, I am starting to hate ordering from this branch altogether.
