  While the staff here are usually friendly, my experience today was completely unacceptable due to poor management and a serious food safety issue. The female manager on duty today was highly unfriendly and unprofessional. The negative attitude was uncalled for and created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. More concerningly, the Check Royal Burger we ordered was served undercooked and raw. Serving undercooked meat is a major health hazard. I expect much higher standards from this establishment. Management needs to address the behaviour of the supervisor on duty today and immediately review their kitchen's food safety protocols.

  Open times are wrong on the website so who knows if they'll take your order or tell you it's "delivery only" when you go in. Machines don't work and staff ignore you if you try and order at the counter. Avoid.

  Horrible service, went there around 17:00hrs, explained to the young man at the front I have never used the self service before, he said sorry but that’s what I have to do, another man interrupted and said they are busy I told him I was talking to the young man, he rudely told me “don’t come back here” after I told them I will report them for the horrible service, I was not being rude for him to decide who come back to your establishment Customer service training needed
