We ordered onion rings it was so soggy, could taste one batter from it and oily, not eatable at all. When asked for replacement the manager and the girl over till gave us judgemental looks as if it was our mistake to make a complaint. To be honest popeyes has better services for customers. Such an awful place.

Came last week for food. Staff were bit rude and not focused on their job throughout my time there. I wanted to be served on the front counter as I wanted to pay with cash but they told me to go to the kiosk to order just to go back to pay cash at the till anyway. Food was not worth the over 10 minutes wait either fries was luke warm and my burger was not cooked recently. The store was not the cleanest either. Table looked dirty and the floor didn't look like it was cleaned properly. Don't think I will come here again.

City centre Burger king restaurant = Quick turnaround meals made fresh. (With a caveat for those paying in cash!)
I don't recall my specific meal, but generally most burgers and visits here mean the variety of burgers are very similar, however "make it your own" when ordering is a win for everyone, mixing it up or not with specific ingredients and extras.
The food: taste great, the individual ingredients are each individually flavourful across the burgers and sides. The burger patty thickness varies depending on the type, but generic pattys are thin-medium. The chips are a good balance of thickness between fries and general chips. (Not thick cut) Good to see cheesy fries as an option! The cold fizzy drinks come from the dispenser machines and are watered down but still flavourful and provide ice at will. Other drinks like canned Monster energy/fruit juice drinks are available behind the front desk. This branch achives its goals at varied affordability and quick turnaround as most people have come to expect.
Ordering:
The modern self-service kiosk is touchscreen and very simple to use with clear instructions and details of your order. It's the recommended way to order! But, don't rely on the machines giving you a printed receipt as they run out of print paper! Get your camera phone ready for the QR code to electronically source this. And you'll need too, my food server was going to omitt my sides!
Paying cash?
Sorry, I felt awful as I watched several people waiting more than 10 minutes to be seen, let alone acknowledged and served! Very poor customer service there, and this socially sidelines those of a particular generation or value system who use cash. It is becoming a big disadvantage for the customer who is valued lesser over business convenience and competitiveness.
Lots of people use this place, I saw a handful of disabled people too, so don't be put off of the busy environment if you are disabled.
Toilet facilities exist with a security door code on the receipt! But even once through the main toilet doors were locked via keys... Very poor facility management where building security and hygiene are trumping the customers needs to thwart social abuse of these city branches.
Seating areas were well managed and cleaned.
Atmosphere, busy, clean, front desk service can be off-putting whilst an active semi visible kitchen is welcomed. (I didn't go upstairs). Ground floor lets you people-watch the city streets.
Cost:
I always buy more than a standard meal because its just not filling enough for me (average sized appetite) ill spend typically £20 for an extra cheaper burger ontop of a main meal but feel better.
Overall, quantity over quality looms over this establishment but you should expect to leave satisfied both in flavour and cost with short visit times. If you expect anything more you'll be disappointed. I believe it competes very well in the marketspace as a chain restaurant and tops over some of its competitors (branch dependant)
Thanks.
Hope this helps.
