  Been a while since I've been and I remember why I've not visited wagamamas as frequently as previous. Fiod is always great, but just cant help feel it's pricey for what it is, this was exemplified by a juice off the kids menu for £3.3 that turned out to be carton of 200ml - can't be justified, appreciate restaurants need to mark up etc for profits blah blah but can't help feel Wagamamas are price gouging esp on drinks. Would visit more often if it didn't cost £100+ for a family of 4

  Me and my family always eat at wagamama, most of the time it was david who were serving us but today he was not there, today it was rachel and she was really nice to us. Rachel and david were professional, welcoming, and highly attentive throughout our entire meal. Staff like them make all the difference, and they are a true asset to wagamama restaurant team." They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our meal was perfect. Great food paired with stellar service, we couldn't ask for more!

  I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and the service and food is always top notch. Today I was served by Marcus and Liam (manager) and they were both so friendly, approachable, helpful and polite - excellent customer service. The food came in a good amount of time and was delicious, really enjoyed it. Really impressed with the service, keep it up Liam, Marcus and the rest of Wagas wolves!

  The service was not bad at all . The amenities (WC) were just okay . The food however was a real disappointment. The chicken ramen was way too salty and even triggered a headache ; the miso- k lunch box was nothing more than a few servings of rice , a pinch of shredded beetroot and kimchi , the serving of k -pop chicken would have been just right for a child's portion. My friend and I had to order a third dish off the menu to share in order to satisfy our hunger.
