Wow, wow, the cheff has to do alot better. 77 Chicken + Prawn ( Replaced prawn with beef) turmeric rice bowl. What a poop presentation, the bowl was half filled with rice & veg chicken placed on top of rice along side the beef. No flavour to rice, no flavour to any part of dish, 2 out of 10. Very poor. Management need to make sure every meal is consistent with the values and culture of the business.

Terrible Ordered on Uber eats and ordered x2 katsu curry and an extra pot of the katsu curry. It came tasting and smelling horrid, like it had been burned. Unfortunately, i had poured it over the food. The burnt taste was so strong that I had to throw it in the bin, wasting two entire meals. Still haven’t gotten a refund, and didn’t eat anything else the entire night as the burnt katsu curry really killed my appetite. Not happy with this at all, and I’ll never order from here again 😢

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The food appeared to be frozen and was poorly prepared and cooked. I ordered the ramen, and the fish was extremely rubbery, which made it quite clear that it was not fresh and had likely been frozen. Given the quality of the food and the lack of freshness, I found the prices to be excessively high and not justified. Unfortunately, the service was also disappointing. The waitress was quite rude and unfriendly towards both my girlfriend and me. Throughout the meal, she appeared visibly irritated and served us in a very abrupt manner. Rather than placing the plates and drinks down normally, she seemed to slam them onto the table, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Overall, considering both the poor quality of the food and the unprofessional service, I do not feel that the experience was worth the prices we paid.

Had a lovely late dinner here with my friend last week. The food was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and made the experience extra memorable. Special mention to David, who was super lovely! We'll definitely be back!

I had a really lovely experience at Wagamama last night. Tianna greeted me with a friendly smile, and she took my order quickly. Everything felt smooth from start to finish. Fantastic service!
