  just ordered from the papa John's Penn road shop ordered two large pizzas only one got delivered rang the shop to tell them where the women on the phone pretended not to speak English. the pizza that did come was cold. she then also said she would ring me back. she didn't. so I phoned back to complain and still waiting nearly two hours later disgusting behaviour I will be doing a charge back on my payment as this is disgusting behaviour and no apology at all. avoid this shop!

  There are not enough staff on for a Saturday night for the demand. The wait was 30 mins when told 10-15 mins. The staff member has to do many jobs and did not wear gloves when preparing pizza, using the tills and did not wash his hands after touching raw/ frozen chicken. I will not be returning.

  The way i see it is you either like the taste of papa johns or not, we always order from this place and they deliver a hot ready to eat pizza's on time. When my mum came over from New Zealand we both tried Papa John's for the first time at my aunt's house when we went over to watch the season finale of Game Of Thrones. I loved the taste of the Pepperoni Pizza with that lovely Garlic Dip so much that i got it again for my 25th birthday. Every time we have ordered from here it has resulted in empty plates and happy smiling faces that is why i have given a 5 star review. =D
