No matter what you order here if it’s just some fries on there own they will make you park up for atleast 20-25 mins and serve you cold food.

The McDonald's has gone downhill with the service since it has been renovated. They are very slow and the food isn't the quality you would expect from McDonald's; it is half cold, doesn't look very appetising, and they mess up the orders very frequently. The service is extremely slow and they act unbothered even when they are not even busy; the wait times exceed 20 minutes just for a few items such as ice cream. I liked to visit frequently, however, I won't return for the time being because I am very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way we were treated by the manager ( woman with hair and seem like 50-60 year old ) . Her attitude was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and, frankly, felt intimidating and disrespectful. It was a rainy day, and we brought umbrellas with us. When we entered the restaurant, the manager spoke to us in a rude and impolite manner about the water from our umbrellas. We had absolutely no intention of making the restaurant floor wet or causing any inconvenience. We listened to what she said and made sure to leave the umbrellas outside so that excess water would not be brought into the restaurant. However, instead of communicating with us politely and respectfully, she immediately rushed inside and began cleaning the floor in a way that made us feel as though we were being treated like troublemakers. The whole experience was humiliating and left us feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. What made the situation even more upsetting was that we subsequently saw other customers entering the restaurant. The manager did not react to them in the same way and even greeted them with a friendly “Hi.” The obvious difference in how we were treated compared with other customers was shocking and extremely disappointing. As Asian customers, we could not help but feel that we might have been treated differently because of our ethnicity. We cannot know her intentions for certain, but the contrast in her behaviour left us feeling singled out, disrespected, and unfairly targeted. We understand that restaurants need to keep their floors clean and safe, especially on rainy days. That is absolutely reasonable. However, basic courtesy and respect should be extended to every customer, regardless of their background. There is no excuse for making customers feel intimidated or unwelcome simply because they arrive with wet umbrellas on a rainy day. This experience has seriously damaged our impression of the restaurant. We expect the management to take this complaint seriously, look into the manager’s conduct, and explain why we appeared to receive such different treatment from other customers. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of politeness, dignity, and respect. 20 Oct 2026 10:17

During my visit to McDonald’s, I experienced an unexpected and frightening situation. As I approached the entrance, I noticed a snake near the door, seemingly guarding the entrance. The snake appeared aggressive and attempted to bite customers as they tried to enter the restaurant. This created a dangerous and uncomfortable situation for anyone approaching the building. Although McDonald’s is known for its quick service and convenient meals, this experience raised serious concerns about customer safety. A restaurant should provide a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for its customers. The presence of an aggressive snake near the entrance made it difficult to feel comfortable visiting the establishment. Overall, my experience was alarming and disappointing. I believe the restaurant should address this safety concern immediately to prevent anyone from getting hurt. Based on this experience, I would recommend that customers exercise caution until the situation is resolved.

I had a bad experience today on 11-10-2026 at around 13:10. I came with my family for two large roti meals, two extra sides, and nuggets for my little one. Everything was nice and the staff were welcoming and caring until I received my order. There was a British lady in a white shirt, aged between 38 and 48. I asked if I could have three ketchups and three curry sauces, and she only handed me two, saying there is a limit of one per meal because they are short. I looked around and saw other people eating their meals with more than one sauce, and a minute before, a person asked for peri-peri salt and she handed it over for free, even though it is an extra charge. I kind of felt she was racist and hostile towards me, so I thought I would share my thoughts. Feel free to check the cameras if it helps. Please investigate this so no one else feels that way.
