  First time trying a uk branch and it was super disappointing. Burgers had the tiniest amount of sauce making them dry and tasteless. Waited half an hour on a quiet evening and spoke to rudely by the female, American staff member 17/08/26. Should have had slims next door.

  Yassin in the Swansea branch, is so attentive to customers, brilliant customer service, first time here and had a very good experience, food 10/10! Thank you 😊

  Food is great but the wait is absolute horrendous, I waited an hour for my food. Please get more staff, no hate to them just a bit slow in the HEAD

  Brilliant place to go eat. The food was absolutely fantastic. A good range of different sauces to put on the chicken. Similar layout to five guys with refillable drink machine, with a fantastic range of drinks available. Plenty of seating. Food was cooked and arrived quickly.
