  We visited Wingstop for the first time and had such a lovely experience! We were served by a member of staff called gina who was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. We also had a group of kids with us, so things felt a little overwhelming at times, but she was so understanding and made the whole experience enjoyable. As it was our first time, we weren’t too familiar with the menu, but she made us feel comfortable and helped make ordering much less intimidating. It’s so lovely to see someone go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and at ease, even in a busy or stressful situation. Excellent customer service and such a lovely attitude, thank you for making our first visit such a positive experience! 😊

  I ordered my meal at the till, but unfortunately, my order arrived incorrectly due to the staff member entering it wrong. I politely explained that it wasn’t what I had ordered, only to be told that the manager was unwilling to replace it because she is “strict”. I wasn’t offered an alternative, a replacement with my correct order, or any sort of resolution. Instead, I was told that my only option was to pay again to repurchase my meal, despite the mistake being made by a member of staff. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service.

  First time in Swansea Wingstop branch. Had these elsewhere but gotta say, this one was the absolute best. Thank you Paige for great service and quick!!! Which is rare nowadays

  Food was really good, but the service was amazing!! Especially with the young girl, Paige serving me, Incredibly welcoming and helpful, would definitely go again, especially for the service!

  Really enjoyed my visit to Wingstop Swansea! The food was great, but a special shoutout to Paige, who was absolutely brilliant. She was really friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service and a lovely experience overall, would definitely come back!
