  I frequently visit this establishment due to its convenient location. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the staff's behaviour. Most of them are quite rude; when I request assistance, such as purchasing alcohol or other items, their responses are often dismissive, as if they are doing me a favour or providing a free service. I have also noticed that some staff members do not use deodorant, making it uncomfortable to be near them. I am unsure whether they receive proper training, but I cannot understand why they behave in such an unprofessional manner. The floor of the premises is consistently unclean. The only positive aspect I have observed is the presence of a new security lady, who is very respectful. She often greets customers and, when they leave, expresses gratitude, saying, "Thank you, I can see you come from a very good family," which is a kind gesture.
