  Helpful and friendly staff, has a good verity of products despite only being an express store. So far the better Tesco in Swansea.

  awful experience. i had a few items from sainsbury’s down the road with a receipt in my hand. Me and my partner leave the shop as they didn’t have anything we needed. We leave as usual. A rude worker gets his other colleague and starts shouting down the street we had stolen something. Furthermore, they were accusing a man down the street of stealing who had not even entered there shop. I went back in to ask what they were playing at and they acted as though nothing had happened attempting to gaslight me and partner. Honestly worst time here sad really as i go here everyday to look around for little bits. Makes me not want to come back again.

  Horrible service , shop here daily as i live in the near by area , i went to have a look at the reduced section as i do daily. However this sunday at rougly 5.15pm i was publically embaressed and shouted at down the st acused of stealing by a member of staff with ginger hair and a security guard , i had shopping with me from my pervious shopping trips earlier in the day with reciepts that i was accused of being stolen. Once i confronted the staff members after the embarssing public shamming they imposed opon me and my partner they acted as though nothing happened. Even after other members of the public saw this encounter. Furthermore i feel as though i have been personally attacked in my local shop with my girlfriend of the same sex as me. Whether this was the motivations for the acqusation or simple a lack of professional experience. The while encounter has made me fearful to enter this shop again.
