- HDHelen DaviesOct 3, 20263.0Too long of a wait, car infront was waiting a good 10 mins for order by window 2 which held up about 8 cars. Surely should have been told to move to a bay to wait.
- AWad wosSep 19, 20261.0absolute joke, went to the penllergaer mcdonalds at 22.45 , waited neally 35 mins for our order that we went in store for. They prioritised drive through and delivery drivers before customers. Manager was having a chin wag whilst doing anything apart from greeting customers waiting to be served. Lack of staff played a big role but lack of attentiveness towards the customers. We left after getting our order , then had to return back as the fizzy drink was at the end of the syrup so it was basically water. Felt sorry for the other 15 people waiting in the store knowing that they wouldn't be getting there order very soon. More staff and more training needed. Its not rocket science

But i didnt want to go back in for a third time in 10 minutes to complain... As a mcdonalds worker from another branch I really expected better, I would never give out half empty fries 😕
