If they don’t have something, they send you something that has NOTHING to do with what you asked for: heavy cream for desserts yknow? Got sour cream instead, asked for biscuits? Turkish delight instead, asked for donuts!! Gave us a ginger bread man, absolutely appalling, the staff aren’t bad they can be quite lovely which is the only reason this review has 3 stars, but a lot of them act a bit like zombies. Other than that not a very good shop.. there’s a better one in town with a constantly full stock
