Can't say much about the staff as I use self scan and don't see anyone behind the tills. It has been a great edition to the area, for any last minute shopping, even if the prices are expensive.
- PPpandaMar 24, 20264.0Good local shop to go to, not as much when you're buying a lot (expected from a smaller shop). One thing that annoys me is the self checkout, especially when buying unscannable products such as fruits. With other self checkouts I've not really had a problem with them. The one in the Co-op? Oh what a nightmare it is. "Remove the item from the bag." "Place the item back in the bag" over and over again. Once sat around 7-10 minutes trying to buy a single watermelon and it just kept repeating those words until it finally accepted the watermelon. No one came to assist by the way so I was on my own the entire time. From time to time it does something similar but nothing as annoying as that one time. Overall the shop is nice but the self checkout pisses me off.
