  Ordered first before 5 of my friends. Waited about 20 minutes and they eventually brought out my friends food. I saw one of the workers grip the chips by the top not the bag and then put on tray to give to a customer. I eventually complained about my food taking so long and it apparently wasn’t on the system. When I did get my food they gave me the complete wrong order and not what I asked for and when I confronted them about it I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. They diddnt make the change for me and I was late to my plans.

  Find this burger king very weird , I'm from London were places like these are rammed in the evening but it was totally empty with security in the door , a girl was challenged by the security guard when she came in with a friend because she had a McDonald's drink in her hand and said she can't bring it in ?? What a way to lose business. It was also extremely messy bins totally over flowing considering there was absolutely no one in there, they must be busy during the day and absolutely nothing in the evening. Plenty of staff to make sure it was clean. Just a very odd experience.

  Half eaten food on most tables along with rubbin staff walking past it like it wasn't there and very poor service won't be going back anytime soon

  Me and my family went in and a staff memeber who was on his break at 16:15 ish made me snd my 6 year old child feel uncomfortable. As she sat down with my 2 month old baby (in a pram), he came and grabbed her coat and made her move; as that was his seat. This made us feel unwelcome, hopefully BurgeraKing sorts this out.
