  Staff standing around using their mobile phones instead of getting the orders ready and no apologies for the delay in the order! If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend. Restaurant at junction 47, M4

  Vicky Baker was very polite and friendly with her service, she was dressed as a Jedi Master to celebrate the launch of their Mandalorian collaboration. Highly recommended

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. I visit this location regularly and have always been a polite and loyal customer. On this occasion, I simply asked—once and very politely—if my order was ready. Instead of a normal response, the manager reacted in a rude and dismissive way that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. What made it worse was the impression that their behavior may have been influenced by my skin color, which is deeply upsetting. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone, especially regular customers. I hope this issue is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
