  Went to KFC at 00:20 who also close at 1am, they laughed and refused to cook any chicken because they were closing in 40 minutes. Went to this burger king 20 minutes later at 00:40, they happily made me and my girlfriend two fresh meals, both burgers were boiling, received it 10 minutes before their closing time with no problem. Great restaurant and staff

  I came in today for table service, food was amazing, the boy harvey who brought the food to us was really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, he was so kind and helpful couldn’t have asked for better service !

  I served by a lovely young man named Fletcher today at the drive through. He greeted me with the upmost respect, as an elderly woman this is not something you see quite often from young workers today, especially on a busy day like it was. He was ever so cheerful and handed me a bacon double cheeseburger with a humorous mexican wave😆🤪. I must say it brought a proud smile to my face to know that young people today still find joy in their work, if I were to ever demand something from burger king itself. It shall be that that man deserves a raise! 😀😊😇

  I just wanna say that when we went through the drive through this evening we were greeted by a man named Fletcher who made us laugh ! His customer service was amazing and I hope he gets recognition for this ! As he did both windows and remained happy smiling !

  On numerous occasions I've popped in on a meal break. Staff are often rude and dont always seem like they have clue what's going on. They also seem to prioritise the drive thru and make customers instore wait for ages. This last occasion I had been waiting nearly 15 mins with only about 5 other customers instore. I had to go and ask where my order was as they seem to have no clue. Also staff were constantly touching there hair, face even lips at one point. One of the girls serving has exceptionally long messy hair which is tied up poorly. I was a burgerking supervisor many yrs ago and I would not have been happy with this bunch working a shift with me. Very very poor service
