  Fletcher in the Llansamlet store was absolutely fantastic! He was polite and full of enthusiasm! Great food and great service!

  Just spent £26 in the drive through, only to get home and realise my order was incorrect. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and was given a single. The food was cold and there was no sauces. The staff didn't really pay that much attention (which makes sense now) and no customer service whatsoever. Burger King is an expensive meal out, so when you spend that type of money you expect to get what you paid for. This is totally unacceptable, you've got one job!

  Wonderful whopper lunch thank you. Dunno why the toilets are locked behind a key pad but staff unlocked and they were also clean. So all round a good experience

  Ran by kids who look disgruntled when asked for items such as straws as they are so busy chatting behind the counter. Service seems quicker for just eat and drive through. Nothing seemed to be topped up ie straws , table numbers on sides of machines, till rolls on self-service receipts. Awful customer service dont even acknowledge a simple thank you.
