  Ordered my wrap and wanted to eat in but the staff decided to mock me right in front of my face when I asked if they have pickles and then again when I asked for some extra olives, the worker Harri and his co-worker Grace were exchanging side eyes and smirks and continued to mock. I genuinely felt so uncomfortable that I no longer wanted to stay in and eat, quite frankly it put me off my food.

  Only 2 onion slice,2 pepper slice and sauce is only touched the bread not spreading on bread. Margarita slice they wrap it up and ruin my slice and overcoocked. I would like to give 0 but there is no 0 star option Rude staff didnt get propr answer and didnt say sorry

  The butch looking one was really rude and miserable looking. Not doing her job at all, got sent to the kiosk as well. Usually get good service here but today was exceptionally poor. She needs more training to deal with customers. This was about 3-4 days ago. Not the service I expect.

  Nice people. Horrible waffle fries,soggy with 0 crunch. Sarnie was ok but way to light on the salad for a vegan sub. (Vegan cheese was ok and the patty was mid at best)

  As a Hgv night driver sometimes we rely on motorway service stations for food and to refresh! When you arrive, waste 20 minutes of your break only to be told they can’t open because there’s only one member of staff apparently. It really isn’t good enough. Break periods are refresh and be ready to face morning traffic after a long night on the road! Crap service!! Customer lost!! Swansea or Cardiff services from now on. Not the first time this has happened here either
