  Nice people. Horrible waffle fries,soggy with 0 crunch. Sarnie was ok but way to light on the salad for a vegan sub. (Vegan cheese was ok and the patty was mid at best)

  As a Hgv night driver sometimes we rely on motorway service stations for food and to refresh! When you arrive, waste 20 minutes of your break only to be told they can’t open because there’s only one member of staff apparently. It really isn’t good enough. Break periods are refresh and be ready to face morning traffic after a long night on the road! Crap service!! Customer lost!! Swansea or Cardiff services from now on. Not the first time this has happened here either

  The food isn't as bad as some people have made out. The food is adequate and had time to spare when waiting at the services

  Staff member refused to serve me on the tills, said I had to use the screen, all the food was covered and hidden, just walked away only reason I like subway is because they make it in front of you not hidden, eat fresh not anymore.

  Just received my order, sandwich arrived warm and was tasty, chicken was okay tasted a bit chewy but still edible. my only issue is the portion for the sauce. i added a garlic and herb dip extra and when received, it barely fills the base of the pot, apart from that it was decent.
