- ZZZackJul 4, 20261.0I ordered a cookie dough ice cream i payed and they said in the freezer i went and looked in the freezer no cookie dough so i asked them can you get me a cookie dough he got a new case gave me one and i opened it and there was a frozen mouldy sticky substance in there i said can i have a different one they got a different one and it had the same thing and them they said well thats all we have you have to get a different ice cream when i payed for a cookie dough i want a refund and my cookie dough ice cream

So we had a foot l9ng each and a drink. Really enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Will be having one again soon.

Staff attitude was abysmal. Subs were very badly prepared and thrown into wrappers. The young man that served us had no interest of being there at all and in my opinion has dragged the branch down. Very disappointed.
