It’s completely ridiculous what’s been done with the fridge doors. I get that it’s supposed to be energy-efficient, but the aisles are far too narrow. Because the doors swing wide open, you spend half your shopping trip trapped, blocking someone, or waiting around for people to move just to grab what you need. Whoever approved this change without putting five seconds of thought into it shouldn't be making store decisions.

Good place for a weekly shop. No issues with the products. Wish they would stop rearranging the layout. Seen rat traps in between the produce shelves but not seen rats so don't know whether to say theres rats in the store. Kinda scary place to be at during school let out times but just go when it's not busy if you struggle. Security guard is also pretty miserable, interrogated me in an aisle for ten minutes because apparently looking at cameras is the mark of guilt (I'm just autistic) and tried twisting my words to make it seem like I was admitting to theft. Luckily another employee came over and after she heard what I had to say she let me go. I feel less comfortable shopping when I see him at the desk, I shop with my mother and we get two receipts (we pay separately) because I'm afraid he'll stop us and I won't have a receipt to prove I didn't steal.

The 1 star pertains to the cafe and especially to the older lady who brought my coffee over. Evidently, she's in the wrong job and if there was such a thing as a 'Charm School', she'd be an ideal candidate. As for the new ordering system, lacking the personal touch wouldn't you say? - supermarkets and banks are at that forefront when it comes to removing jobs from people in favour of digital.
