  if i could rate this place a 0 star i would, actually horrific service and you might think im just a complaining customer but i ordered some pizza for collection and got home to see the pizza was wrong, no problem right i’ll just call the shop and get this small issue all ironed out, well clearly they didn’t think so, i was accused of “lying” about the pizza being wrong even after i did everything they asked sent various photos of the pizza to their email and whatsapp and still was accused of lying actually awful service if you want dominoes pontypool shop is miles better in service delivery time etc

  Absolutely disgusted with the service from Domino’s. I ordered a pizza with a BBQ base, but the website glitched and didn’t update my selection. I can’t stand BBQ base, so I rang the store as soon as I realised. Instead of trying to help, the staff were rude on the phone and refused to replace the pizza, even after I explained that the website had messed up. To make matters worse, I’d spent the entire day in hospital with my son, so this was the last thing I needed. There was also one chicken dipper missing from the order. Very disappointing customer service and no effort made to resolve a genuine issue. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

  Ordered a dominos but had a little mix up, thankfully the people working there was all super nice about it and worked super speedy to fix the mistake even though it was near their closing time. I’m so grateful for the staff who was on tonight and cannot express how happy I was with the service! They was all super lovely and nice about it even though they all seemed to be having a stressful night, just wanted to thank them again for everything ❤️

  I haven't been inside of the dominoes but My friend told me all about it and it was superb, he got an Margherita Pizza and I got an Pepperoni Pizza and 2 Large Coke Zero Bottles, if I was to go myself in the near future, I would defo get my fave pizza at Domino Ho hooooooooo.
