  Ordered food and im not joking how the hell can people get orders wrong. Ordered on uber and my order is wrong they gave diet cokes coke all in mcflurrys asked for extra mayo on burger gave me none! Gave us all the wrong sauces. Retrain your staff!!!!

  Wouldn’t recommend visiting this McDonalds unless you like to wait for ages to get a simple order. I avoid this McDonalds at all costs I prefer to travel a longer distance to get McDonald’s than to visit here. I can travel to the McDonald’s in Penllergaer or Cwmdu and still get back before I would had got my food from the one in fforestfach. I’ve been to this one and it is an absolute shambles which seems to have no organisation and every order seems to take at least 10 minutes even for a cheeseburger and a drink. I would avoid and I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s what a shambles to have

  this mc Donald’s needs to be shut. the food and service was horrible. the staff are terrible, my family waited an hour just to be served and get our food and it came cold. my mother waited 40 minutes just to get served, and they had to re make the order because it never came. i waited 15 minutes just to get sauce and a drink. we got looked at by the staff multiple times and got ignored.

  McDonald’s is meant to be fast food so using here is a risk. Drive thru is the slowest experience ever. You could be the only car or one of twenty cars and it wouldn’t make a difference because you’d still be waiting excessive times to not only order but to receive your food. Good luck going in because you’ll be waiting longer than you would at Nando’s for your food. Ask me how I know that. Food always tastes like rubbish here too. Why is it that a menu where there’s been set items for the last 20 years that this store can somehow get them wrong?!?! Staff are miserable and unwelcoming. Managers don’t care.

  Not one for leaving reviews but when it involves my children, not a problem, I’d ordered a happy meal for my daughter via the app to collect at collection point, there was a heatwave, my daughter had just fallen asleep as we had got the collection point, thought no problem we will wait here, timing will be great when she wakes. Time was getting on, checked my receipt, I’d been waiting 30 minutes at this point. With my daughter awake I decide to go into the store to collect and see why one happy meal is taking such a length of time, to my amazement the doors were closed, so I rang the store to have a young boy answer and tell me their screens were down and they can’t do any orders as they have all disappeared, but then he proceeded to ask me if my order was the cheeseburger happy meal…. So why am I waiting for 30 minutes if you know what my order is?
