- FBFaith Begley5 days ago1.0I picked up food from the drive through and when I arrived home and went to grab our food, someone had already taken a bite out of one of our burgers! I went back down and to be fair they did apologise and give us a fresh burger and some extras for the inconvenience which we do appreciate but from now on I won’t be getting from here as you don’t know if someone has already touched your food!
- JJjack jamesSep 25, 20261.0Had a Delivery from here then turned out there was a problem so when to speak about it the manager said he would make the meal for me and waited for 30 minutes asked a member of staff what's happened with it turns out it was never given in as a order so had to wait another 10 minutes the was one staff member who was good but the other were useless would not recommend and go to other ones in Swansea Area
- HRheidi reesSep 21, 20261.0Worst place I have ever been to wouid not recommend anyone to go here think Gorden Ramsey needs to go and sort out this place ! What a shambles zero customer service
- JRJoe RobertsSep 21, 20261.030 minutes for a chicken mayo. I've shat more productive turds than the gormless faeces that work in this place. Not surprised as the mong of a manager was sitting on her phone yapping.
- DTDavid ThomasSep 12, 20261.0Ordered for click & serve, food hadn't arrived after 40 minutes so I entered and enquired where the order was, after another 10 minutes I was given a bag containing half my order. My double quarter was a single and my cheese bites sharebox was completely missing. At this point I gave up. This is by far the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to and will be avoided in future. One star isn't low enough.
