  Amazing location but not a great restaurant experience. Everything is just okay, had better Wagamama experience in London honestly. Starter was good, mains were disappointing. Ramen lacked the flavour, katsu curry was tasted packaged one not house made. Deep fried katsu was tasted bitter maybe the oil was too old. And very slow service. Not really worth the buck. Overall it is an alright experience

  This has pretty much become my go-to place when I’m travelling home along the M4 and fancy stopping somewhere for tea. There’s always a brilliant selection of food, including some really tasty vegan options, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They’re always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which really makes a difference after a long day. It’s a lovely, relaxed place to stop, the food is always delicious, and I always leave having had a really positive experience. Definitely somewhere I’ll keep coming back to.

  Dined here and the food was top notch but the experience was made even better by Dan with his menu knowledge and recommendations! Will definitely be back for more of his recommendations.

  Fantastic food and truly exceptional, compassionate service. This wasn't our first visit, and once again, the food was absolutely fantastic. We have always loved their freshly prepared dishes, and the fact that everything can be customised to individual needs makes dining here a real pleasure. They are incredibly dog-friendly in the outdoor seating area, which is where we sat. During our meal, our dog unfortunately became sick. Instead of making us feel uncomfortable, multiple servers stepped in immediately to help us handle the situation. They were compassionate, swift, and completely saved us from what could have been a very awkward moment. We were so incredibly grateful for their kindness. It is rare to find a team that goes this far above and beyond for their guests (both human and furry). We already loved the food, but this outstanding service has made us customers for life. Highly recommended!
