  Used to be a great cafe until they have now bought in this new system. You have to order, pay, take a number and wsit. No personal service, no smile. What on earth have Tescos done. Cafe lacks atmosphere, seems quiet, people walking out without ordering

  Absolutely shocking service and attitude off one of the cafe staff after a 45 minute wait for food my wife went to ask just incase we'd been forgotten about how much longer it would be, only to be snapped at busy see!! We understand that they were busy but people were getting served who'd came in a lot later after us but over a 45 minute wait for just a breakfast and jacket potato is poor service and the attitude of the woman awful.

  I used to like this place, whenever my daughter was visiting me we always had breakfast here. Place has changed and I don’t think for the better. Food is different, quality gone down a lot. I mean look at the scramble eggs this is just terrible and taste bland. Using powdered eggs is cheap maybe better for them but after all these years I am not coming here ever again.

  Food served here is not fit for a dog Cold and thrown on a plate, food over the floor and tables that need a good clean

  Sausage could not be cut, rock hard hard cold egg cold food, expensive especially when you cant eat some of it
