All of the above i haven't got a problem with however when we come to your restaurant we sometimes cant get a disabled parking space because there's people in the space from home bargains. I dont understand why people feel the need to use your car park to go over to home bargains because after all they have got own car park, So could someone enforce this from your restaurant please because it is very frustrating and stressful for my mother who drives my motability car. Thank you

Food tastes good staff are miserable and always get orders wrong i ordered 3 mayo chickens along other things, 2 of them were supposed to have extra mayo and lettuce and I paid for bacon and cheese in them I drive home and two were completely normal not even extra mayo or lettuce and one had bacon but no cheese it wasn’t a complicated order but it always seems to get messed up and i didn’t fancy driving all the way back to have it sorted I’d like a refund on the two mayo chickens but I won’t be getting that will I. I had gone through drive thru and didn’t have time to check the order which I shouldn’t have to do

What happened that night was absolutely disgraceful. I want to know one simple thing: what exactly did that girl do wrong by seeking help from someone who happens to be from a different race? Was helping a vulnerable person suddenly a problem because the person helping her wasn't the same race as her? I witnessed staff forcefully remove her from my car, take her to the ground and drag her towards the restaurant. She was vulnerable and intoxicated, and instead of treating her with basic human dignity, she was handled in a way that I found extremely aggressive and humiliating. If staff genuinely believed she needed assistance, there were humane and professional ways to deal with the situation. Physically handling a vulnerable woman in this manner should not be the first response. I am not going to simply forget what I witnessed. I want this incident properly investigated, including the CCTV footage and any relevant records being preserved. I also want a clear explanation of why the staff involved, particularly the drive-thru staff, believed this treatment was appropriate. I want justice for what happened to that girl. She deserved help, dignity and protection, not to be physically removed and humiliated while she was already vulnerable. The behaviour I witnessed was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning. I hope McDonald's management takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper response. Seriously, what do you people eat before coming to work anger and aggression for breakfast? The way some of your staff behaved, you'd think they had walked straight out of a prison yard rather than into a McDonald's uniform. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour for people whose job is supposed to involve dealing with the public. Specially the staff who is in drive thru

This place is an ongoing joke for antisocial behaviour. People bringing in drink, delivery having bikes stolen, several cars peeping their horns.
