  We ordered a pizza at 00:15 normally take 25 to 30 minutes 1 hour has gone by and no update so I called the store the woman on the phone was very blunt I politely said we ordered just over an hour ago and we've had no update just wondering what's going on the response I get the store's busy no apologies no option to help with our situation I asked how long is it gonna be she said another 40 minutes I waited another hour and still no movement on my order so I called up again to cancel my order because I've waited just over 2 hours the woman was very rude saying I did tell you it was busy it maybe busy however a 2 hour wait with no useful information is stupid now I've got to wait 10 days for a £40 refund because the staff at this store are useless absolute joke never again

  I had a really disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza Bridgend. The pizza I received was dry, burnt, and had barely any tomato sauce on it—it honestly felt like a margherita with almost nothing on it. Definitely not what I expected or paid for. I called the Bridgend store to report the issue. They asked where I lived, I explained the problem, and then I was put on hold… only to be hung up on. No resolution, no apology—just really poor customer service. Overall, very unhappy with both the quality of the food and how the situation was handled. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Pizza had hairs in and manager was very sassy when I told him this probs wouldn’t eat here again probs wouldn’t send caz here either and I really don’t like her

  These guys do Pizza, what more could you want. On the night we went there, it wasn't overly busy but they did take a long time to get our order, they had made a mistake which we wouldnt have known about but gave us the extra pizza for free, which was awesome.. the one guy was friendly and somewhat talkative but the rest were a bit unfriendly, unengaging and very operational. Hot food great deals and what you would expect
