  We ordered a pizza at 00:15 normally take 25 to 30 minutes 1 hour has gone by and no update so I called the store the woman on the phone was very blunt I politely said we ordered just over an hour ago and we've had no update just wondering what's going on the response I get the store's busy no apologies no option to help with our situation I asked how long is it gonna be she said another 40 minutes I waited another hour and still no movement on my order so I called up again to cancel my order because I've waited just over 2 hours the woman was very rude saying I did tell you it was busy it maybe busy however a 2 hour wait with no useful information is stupid now I've got to wait 10 days for a £40 refund because the staff at this store are useless absolute joke never again

  I had a really disappointing experience with Domino’s Pizza Bridgend. The pizza I received was dry, burnt, and had barely any tomato sauce on it—it honestly felt like a margherita with almost nothing on it. Definitely not what I expected or paid for. I called the Bridgend store to report the issue. They asked where I lived, I explained the problem, and then I was put on hold… only to be hung up on. No resolution, no apology—just really poor customer service. Overall, very unhappy with both the quality of the food and how the situation was handled. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Normally dominoes are quick and great, but experience I had yesterday just wasn't that at all, wait an hour and 20 mins for our food, even rang them to see how long then when it arrived it was the wrong food, so rang them again they said they will get it out to us in 25 mins tops, so we waited.. and waited.. 10.15 at night now, after over 35 mins still no food, so we waited over 2 hours for food, we rang and cancled the order and requested a refund. It's a shame as they normally good but that experience I won't be ordering again or for least a long time, pregnant and hungry isn't a good mix haha. The wait was beyond and to get the order wrong there's no excuse. Let's hope they do better for people who are paying for the service
