- SGSusan GeddesJun 14, 20261.0Spent over 20mins waiting in the click and collect order space and eventually went into where I was accused of being rude, when I wasn’t and I told the member of staff that, in fact, she was being rude. I had to return as soon as I got home as there was an item missing. The same rude girl told me that the missing item was not on the slip of paper they get when an order is made but it was the first item on this list. She then said I was being rude again and I said that I was not rude but I was annoyed at this point t she walked away around the corner so I could not see her and I said - now who’s being rude? The manager then came and asked what item was missing and she gave me the item. I have now deleted the Macdonald’s App and will never use Bathgate (or any other) Macdonald’s again.

A group of teenagers presented antisocial behaviour, so that we did not feel safe being here. Shouting, jumping on tables, throwing rubbish around etc... Staff seemed to be not interested. No security, no police, no interest in having this issue resolved. We left quickly as we didn't feel safe.
