You wait for ages there was no one getting served apart from drive through and it came up on screen that my number was ready,I seen my coffee getting made then 8 mins later I got my food.it always says it’s ready when it’s not,no ketchup in self service machine,no receipt from machine this happens most times so I’ll never be back

As a customer standing at the counter, I tried on three or four occasions to get the attention of the staff. There were plenty of employees present, yet I was completely ignored by every single one of them. What was particularly frustrating was that it was clear they could hear and see me, but instead of acknowledging me or offering assistance, they repeatedly looked away or simply walked away. The behaviour of one particular member of staff was especially appalling and came across as extremely dismissive and disrespectful towards a customer. It genuinely felt as though the staff had been trained to ignore customers rather than assist them. No matter how many times you try to get their attention or what you do to make them aware that you need help, you are simply ignored. I strongly believe McDonald’s management should review the customer service policies and, more importantly, the standards expected from staff when dealing with customers. Basic acknowledgement, courtesy and respect should be the minimum.
