The order is always wrong, cold etc. When you call, I have to take it up with justeat. If you order direct with McDonald's it's no help either. Good customer service isn't really rocket science but apparently it is in Bathgate McDonald's
- BHBill HAug 6, 20261.0Lunchtime no-queue quiet drive through order. Big Arch burger is meant to have three cheese slices; it had one. Gherkins; a singular one. Raw onion slices; none. Made what seems a slightly better burger on the menu less than a good experience. Premium price for a burger with missing ingredients. There seemed to be to-ing and fro-ing with the bagged order before I got it. I'll try Whitburn M8 again instead.

They only do drive-thru after a point of time and I was on my e bike, was refused saying only vehicles with a motor will be served. I don’t get the point - I was already in the queue and had made it to the front, what was the point of turning me away after that? I’m allowed to go on road, follow the traffic rules, but McDonalds won’t serve me

This time many items were missing but when I tried to report everything, I couldn’t so was only refunded part of my order but it’s also not ideal when kids are waiting to get their treat but half order is missing. So disappointing. Always hope for improvement shame it never happens.
