  ⭐ Wing Don't Stop – Livingston: The Chicken Disappointment That Just Won't Stop! 🍗😭 Food: ⭐ 1/5 | Service: ⭐⭐ 2/5 Honestly, at this point, they should rename Wingstop to Wing Don't Stop Disappointing. 💀 We ordered just 8 wings and a wee burger, and even though it was a busy time, waiting 40 minutes for such a small order was ridiculous. I understand that busy periods can cause delays, hence the 2 stars for service, but the food was the real plot twist. We ordered the Honey Sriracha and Garlic Parmesan wings, expecting flavourful, juicy chicken. Instead, we got chicken that seemed undercooked, chewy, and far from enjoyable. The portions felt small, and the texture was so disappointing that we couldn't properly enjoy the food. The flavours didn't save the experience either. Just come here if you don't mind tasteless chicken and want to spoil your mood. 😂 Honestly, you'd be better off trying Chicking or even McDonald's. At least with McDonald's, you know what you're getting, and you won't feel like you've paid a fortune for a meal that leaves you disappointed. Forty minutes of waiting for chicken that didn't seem fully cooked? That's not a meal; that's a patience test with a side of regret. 🤡🍗 Wingstop? More like Wing Don't Stop testing your patience. Wouldn't rush back. Definitely expected much better for the price.

  Food is pricey but generally tasty, tho’ £3.50 for regular fries is too much for the portion size. Food quality for collection orders is spoiled by lack of thought and consideration for collection times, several times now I have ordered a collection and the food has not been warm. If it was cooked to be ready for the requested collection time it would be a better experience but tonight I ordered for collection at 20.00 when I arrived at 19.50 the restaurant was empty and my food order was already waiting going cold - the food was luke warm at best whereas if it had been cooked to be ready at 20.00 it would have been a different experience. @wingstop if you are going to offer your Customers collection times when ordering online you should be turning out food at the collection time or asap after that after, not 10 minutes earlier, this is happening too often and is not good enough ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

  Ordered 2 burgers and the 8 piece boneless. Staff brought out the “burgers” said their machine was out. instead of informing us of this or offering a refund we were given 4 pieces of chicken. Asked staff and they said each burger had 2x of chicken so order was correct. Had to order more food as 2 pieces of chicken hardly a lunch for 2 people. Asked if we could get a refund as £13.90 spent on burgers and we got 4 pieces of chicken worth maybr £7. Staff refused and were very rude. When had the boneless chicken it was ice cold. over £50 spent on cold and overpriced food. Will not be returning.
