- SDStephen Denman4 days ago1.0Been in a handful of times and each time the order is wrong and as you wait for it to be rectifyed the food goes cold and staff too busy chatting and on the phones which makes me think that this is the reason for so many mistakes.

My Big Mac patty was folded over - that absolutely has to be deliberate. There’s no way that happens without it being on purpose. The bun was crispier than a Scottish winter and the sugar ring doughnut should be studied. Harder than a diamond on the outside, hollower than my existence on the inside. And good luck getting a response when you complain. Managers not completed their training on how to read an email.

Once the order was ready, the staff didn't call us; they simply placed the food around the corner, and had we not noticed it ourselves, no one would have let us know (we recognized the order because we had also ordered two bottles of water). We later found hair in the food. I also ordered garlic mayo, but it tasted very very sour and didn't taste like garlic at all. I wonder if it had been stored improperly and gone bad.

That said, this evening took the family in on the way back from a trip and if I didnt have the kids set on getting a McDonald's, would have walked out. Not exaggerating, nearly every single table had rubbish on them, disgusting. Went to the toilet, toilet paper all over the place. The stand that holds napkins, sauce and salt, all empty. My burger, slop, bucket of sauce on it and the burger wouldn't stay in the bun. Staff all young zero enthusiasm and the the atmosphere is dead. Absolute dump of a place. Never do food reviews for places, but that hole needs a review
