I ordered a chicken mayo meal I got a plain hamburger meal , I ordered cucumber bag as extra didn't get I I went into store and got refund . The food was also cold . The coca cola drinks were very syrupy and flat also . The store was busy but seemed disorganised and not enough staff to cope with demand

The place needed a proper clean with many tables requiring a good wipe. Food looked like it had been thrown together in the wrappers. Overall poor..... especially compared to other places like Grangemouth which is always clean and staff are engaging.

A coffee is the only thing I can have at McDonald's now because of my celiac and in 2026 I think McDonald's should do at least a couple things to cater for people with celiac my family love McDonald's but i never go with them now because i cant have anything then they feel guilty. I sure miss a bigmac.
