  waited 15 minutes for a cheese burger, when the restaurant had no customers now i can see why.

  Order 2 meals at Livingston, took at least 10 mins for food to arrive, took food to table and discovered it was stone cold, it was never freshly made, returned and was told I would need to wait 4-5 Mins for fresh food, this arrived about 7 mins later, took this back to table and drinks were cold, fresh food lukewarm , disgusting. Counter wasn't even busy, Terrible experience.

  Chips old and stone cold and dumped with the wrong order. Paid for one thing and got something cheaper.

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s in history…..EVER! I honestly don’t think I’ve visited here & received my food hot, order correct, not waited ages or staff being good at any level of customer service. It’s always a slow show at the drive through Even if you’ve not asked for anything special ie no onion etc It’s still not unknown to be asked to park up & wait 🤷🏽‍♀️ Not sure on what You’d think they’d have hamburgers, Big Macs made up at busy periods but no…the staff are indifferent Not ideal when they get so many complaints If I could have gave 0 stars I would have

  On a whole this restaurant is great and me and my mum are regular customers. The food is nice for a weekend treat, however, the service from the staff can be quite poor and communication skills and basic requirements of customer service are lacking. We have to constantly ask for things that we have ordered e.g. sauces which are clearly marked on our receipt that we require. We have to ask for the basics such as napkins and straws. Further to this, my mum asks for No pickle on her cheeseburger and More Onions but staff unfortunately can’t get this correct. Today she ended up with No onions at all and last week she had no cheese and a tiny amount of onion. Customers are paying your wages and therefore I feel that getting a good quality service and high quality food should be within reach - fast food or not. I feel staff training and development should be concentrated on. I hope positive steps will be taken to make sure my self, my mum and all your other loyal customers receive the best McD’s service possible. Kind Regards.
