Never seen anyone even attempt to clean the floor of the restaurant. The drinks where half filled and I had to ask for them to be filled fully. I get it can be busy but there was more staff in the building than customers

Tables left uncleared, the toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the place had opened, and there was no tissues, sauce or things like salt. It wasn’t even that busy when we were in. Go to the McDonald’s next to the centre. Luckily I’m a bit of a bin, but my girlfriend was a bit put off her food by the lack of sanitation.

The staff were friendly, the food was hot, and my burger actually looked like the picture... which feels like spotting a unicorn these days. 10/10. I told myself I'd only order one thing. McDonald's knew better. 🍟🍔

I've never had such a quick meal provided, and it was all properly cooked and piping hot. I'd come more often if those experience was guaranteed! Very well done today, excellent everything.
