  We started ordering weekly from Domino's Livingston about 3 months ago. Never used them before, but we now order every Saturday evening. First, easy to order, they normally deliver in 30 mins. The food is always very hot, fresh and enjoyable. We get the thin and crispy, pick your own toppings, one each. They have never got it wrong, we get very hot and tasty food, that we ordered, always. I have spoken to staff on site, via the phone twice, they have been polite and helpful. The delivery staff, clean, well kempt, polite and friendly. We had one issue, one Saturday an hour passed no food, so called the store. Staff were fantastic, explained that for about 30 mins, head office IT was down, so orders in that window, did not get to the store. He took my order over the phone, not re-charged, order was with us fresh and hot in 25 mins as promised. We understand things happen, we were polite on the phone, never made an issue of it, never complained to head office. Yet, few days later, lovely e-mail from head office, apologising, explaining they had refunded our money from the Saturday and gave us a voucher for free pizza the following Saturday. If I could give them 6+*s I would, this is what you call service. Some companies could learn from them. If you want fresh, hot and tasty pizza and sides, customer focused service and a company that values your custom, look no further, you have found them.

  Whoever made this Double Decadence cheeseburger pizza last night, i love you. Best pizza ive had from dominos EVER.
