  Absolutely appalling service. We went in for lunch and stood at the "Please Wait to Be Seated" sign for 10 minutes while staff completely ignored us. Eventually, we had no choice but to seat ourselves. The tables and menus were filthy and sticky, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. We then sat waiting for another 10 minutes without a single member of staff coming over to take our order or even acknowledge we were there. There were only three occupied tables in the entire place, so being "too busy" certainly wasn't an excuse. The only waitress on the floor seemed far more interested in chatting with another table than doing her job, and there wasn't even anyone behind the bar. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. As we walked out, another couple was still standing waiting to be seated. I told them they could be waiting a while, and they said they'd already been standing there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging them. They also gave up and left. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If this is the standard they're happy to accept, it's no surprise customers are walking straight back out. We certainly won't be returning.
