  Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and acted as though they owned the place, showing little regard for customers. We waited over 45 minutes for our order, and when we politely asked how much longer it would take, the staff seemed uninterested and didn't provide any helpful update. The lack of customer service and professionalism was frustrating. Definitely not the standard I'd expect from Burger King. I hope management addresses these issues. Overall, it was one of the worst fast-food service experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend this branch based on the service alone.

  Bought the gourmet king Wagyu meal, garlic and jalapeño chicken fries and onions ring. Absolutely excellent from start to finish, ordering, service, wonderful attentive staff and an amazing meal.

  Evelyn the ‘manager’ served us but I had to wait 30 minutes for my meal…. So slow and bad service with no patience!!!! She need to be changed!!! I had to ask refund to don’t wait more time for my food!
