Quality baking through the generations.
Christie the Baker is part of everyday life in the communities of Airdrie, Coatbridge, Linlithgow and Whitburn. Step inside our shops and you are welcomed by friendly faces and the warm aroma of fresh bread proudly shelved alongside morning rolls, delightful cakes, golden savouries, and hot takeaway. From our main bakery in Airdrie, we use traditional scratch recipes and the finest, locally sourced flour, milk, meat, and fresh fruit. Our beautifully hand-finished celebration and wedding cakes provide elegant centrepieces for life’s most memorable moments. With over 70 dedicated staff and led by third-generation baker Andrew Chisholm since 2012, our heritage of quality continues to rise.
