  Very disappointing experience yesterday. I ordered at 9:21pm and my pizza didn’t arrive until 10:46pm — 1 hour and 25 minutes later. I called the store and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and apologised, explaining that they were extremely short-staffed and waiting for a driver. The pizza itself was warm and tasted good, so no complaints about the food. However, this waiting time is simply not acceptable. I really like Papa John’s pizza, but unfortunately you’ve lost me as a customer. I hope management sees this review and looks seriously at the staffing situation before more customers are lost.

  I’ve been coming to this Papa Johns since the day it opened and usually order at least once a week (2–4 times a month). Unfortunately, the service has hit a real low. The app notified me my food was ready, but I then spent nearly 10 minutes standing at the counter being completely ignored by the team. I eventually had to physically ask if anyone was working the front before I was even spoken to. I’ve been a loyal regular here for a long time, but this experience was incredibly disrespectful of my time.
