  Extremely rude staff members, I was there for collecting the orders and I got delivery bag with me but there’s a girl named Arti or something like that who refused to give me orders. She very rude and arrogant girl. Not happy with this attitude.

  This is a bad Papa John's. I've held off reviewing this one for a while but, over the last two years I've received many substandard pizzas from them were completely lacking in sauce and cheese. Their recent change to using Uber as a delivery company is the last straw. The pizza's I received on my last order were inedible due to the driver taking no care in their transport. The pizzas were completely crushed and moulded into each other in a mess. Unsalvageable. But your pizza elsewhere. Papa John's is good: This one isn't.

  I recently ordered an XXL pizza from this outlet and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite living only a five-minute walk away, the delivery took approximately 1.5 hours and required follow-ups on my part. When the order finally arrived, it was delivered by a lady driver whose manner I found to be discourteous, which added to the negative experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza also fell short of expectations. I had specifically requested a thin crust, but received a thick base instead, with undercooked dough around the edges while the top appeared overdone. The taste itself was quite bland.Having ordered from other Papa John’s locations before, this experience was notably below standard particularly disappointing as I had guests over and was expecting a better level of service and quality.

  I had an excellent experience! The Team was highly professional, attentive, and truly committed to providing outstanding service. The representative I spoke with over the phone was equally impressive — polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
