  I had a disappointing experience when collecting my takeaway order on 17/04/2026 at 18:15-18h35 approx. The staff member at the counter seemed visibly upset and was shaking his head in a frustrated, dismissive way while speaking to me. I initially gave my order number, but he asked me that I should provide my name instead. When I questioned this, since multiple customers could have the same name, he told me to then state the items in my order. However, he ended up handing me the order without asking me to confirm what was in it, which made the whole process feel inconsistent and unclear. Also, What if someone made an order to me? I wouldn't know whats inside?? What made this more surprising was that the shop was not busy at the time, so the level of frustration or impatience felt unnecessary. I understand there may be a specific policy for order collection, but it was not explained properly. More importantly, a polite and professional attitude towards customers is essential, and unfortunately that was lacking during this interaction. I did receive my order in the end, but the overall experience left a negative impression.
