  We ordered several pizzas through Uber Eats for our son’s birthday party. Unfortunately, they arrived in a terrible condition. The pizzas were crushed, the toppings had moved, and they looked nothing like what we expected for a special occasion. We had family and guests with us, and it was embarrassing to serve food that arrived in this condition. We reported the issue immediately, sent clear photos, and requested a refund, but our request was refused. We understand that delivery problems can happen, but we expected some form of resolution given the condition of the order. Very disappointing customer service. Sadly, we won’t be ordering again.

  Good food when they actually let you place an order. However, They say they stop taking orders when they are still taking online orders. Extremely frustrating as I live 30 seconds away and ordering online gives extra charges.
