- HCH CAug 6, 20265.0First time in here as I was passing through. I had a really nice experience. I was served by a young girl at 3pm today (6th August). She was very patient and friendly and knowledgeable about the deals Subway has to offer. The food was perfect and for good value. I honestly can't fault it. Even the restaurant was super clean. 10/10.

Every time I have chosen an oat and raisin cookie and received a cookie that I did not choose. I am very unhappy about this as I dislike all the other cookies so will not be eating the random ones that I am being given. I’d appreciate if they could get the orders right and if they do not have the set cookie I ask for then do not have it as an option online

This morning I placed an order via uber and was given stale bread and stale food but subway can’t own their mistake. They are refusing to even give a refund. The bread was that hard it could have smashed a window and the ham was like chewing gum and the chicken was rotten aswell all stuck to the stale bread with sauce. Defo not fresh like they claim. Defo wont be ordering from here again. Dirty.
