  I wish I could say I had a good visit to this restaurant but unfortunately that isn’t the case. My partner, family and I decided to go and get some food together before my partner and I went back up to Scotland. My first issue was that the kiosks didn’t have a “pay cash at counter” option like most other branches do. But it came up with the warning “see staff at counter” We went to see staff at the counter, and we waited for about 10 minutes until we were seen, as the only person who could serve us was doing something through the back. Waited that long just for them to say that we had to reorder again, as our order didn’t come up on the till. After feeling incredibly frustrated, waiting for the order, we were watching how the staff operated. There were lots of orders going red on the screens, and there were many burgers and fries stacking up. The individual who was packing the orders seemed to be very sluggish, which made the situation even more infuriating. The staff who served me was kind, but it is a shame that the lack of enthusiasm is letting them down a fair bit. There were not many people waiting indoors, but it soon got busier as the orders backed up a bit. I can sympathise that this store does deal with delivery, driver through and walk in channels, however at the time we were in, it seemed to just be slow service. We finally received our food. They were lukewarm warm and at this point we had waited approximately 30 minutes. This meant that we were getting stressed out because of close timing. I have no problem with the food, it’s just as you would expect I hope this improves as it is a very convenient location

  Rude staff! We tried to order through the drive though as we have never had any issue with this before. The lady taking our order was repeatedly cutting us off and ignored us when trying to add items to our order. She told us to drive round to the window even though we were not finished ordering, as the communication was terrible over the speaker I assumed she would take the rest of our order at the window. At the window we explained we were not finished ordering and could we continue our order now, she blatantly told us no and that we should have completed the order in the drive thru, even though she is the one who made it physically impossible and told us to drive on round. She was very rude and needs to work on her customer service, instead of giving them looks like she is too good to take their order. Could’ve very easily been resolved at the window!!

  Great layout of the store making it easier to order. The area of the location is a bit dodgy as I seen cars in the car park bounce suspiciously but that was a minor issue for me. I went in ordered quick, heard a few shouts in the kitchen but that’s none of my concern. Food arrived by Daran I think and he was lovely. He welcomed me comfortably and asked politely. We had a great conversation and I asked him for his number as a mate but he sadly declined. After speaking to him, I headed to the toilets to do some business of mine and it was clean but the women’s one was a bit cleaner than the men which was bit upsetting to see. As I was exiting one of the employees which were a white female kept on looking at me in a sharky way and bit her lip which I didn’t mind. I went after 30 minutes to order a drink and a worker Keirtan was there and she was a bit rude but not everyone wakes up on the right side of the bed. She was saying to me repeatedly that I can’t take pictures of people eating. But that’s the whole summary of my experience

  I had a really pleasant time all thanks to Katie and her excellent customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout when i was having trouble ordering my food and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. It couldn’t be more abundantly clear that Katie genuinely cares about providing fantastic service and is a real credit to her colleagues

  I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Keertan. The customer service was excellent—friendly, polite, and very welcoming from start to finish. Keertan was attentive, made sure my order was correct, and served everything with a smile. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Thank you, Keertan, for making my visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
