  I've never enjoyed a meal so much as I have the last couple of times since you employed Nicole Lowe. She is very polite attentive,nothing is never too much trouble especially as I'm disabled. She brings our food over to us. Keep up the good work Nicole you are a true asset to the company and destined for greater things. Food was yummy 😋

  Shocking service, even giving 1 star is too much, waited at the tannoy for over 5 mins no response, go the window an they say the sensors broken, but they took the order for the car in front of me. Further more I ordered on the app been nearly 25 mins since I placed the order an it still wasn’t ready. Don’t leave the window untill they give you your order or you’ll be waiting even longer dreadful service!!

  Willenhall branch - numerous issues every time. The drive thru speaker doesn’t work properly. Constant silence from person working on drive thru orders. When you drive around to next window they don’t even tell you what the total cost is! Orders always has something wrong with it - item missing or wrong burger.

  The woman who was on the drive through has the worst attitude I have ever seen !! Her headset was playing up which she told afterwards but then had a go at us for not telling her something even though we told her multiple times over the intercom. She seemed like she did not want to be there, she was just giving off attitude throughout the whole interaction. Absolutely disgusting service
