  TESCO PHARMACY. I want to give a huge thanks to the wonderful Pharmacist who was working on this Bank Holiday Monday the 31st August at Walsall Extra Pharmacy. This guy was really helpful as my mums mefication hsd run out but he came to the rescue and it was really appreciated and i just want to thank him again for his assistance he was a really good man. I was desperately trying to search around for s pharmacy that was open on Bsnk Holiday Monday. Morrisons i-dispense etc obviously think that illnesses take a day off for Bank Holday too but some patients still need access to medication, thankfully Tesco had the foresight to see that not like the other pharmacies I mentioned. Hats of to you Tesco for putting the needs of your customers first unlike many other supermarkets. You had the sense to open the pharmacy so well done to you for thinking about your customers 10 out of 10.

  I went into Tesco today and had a really bad experience at the self checkouts. I had quite a lot of shopping and had just finished scanning everything. I was literally about to scan my shopping bags when the older lady working on the self checkouts said to me, with a really rude attitude, “So you’re not having the bags?” Before I could even answer and say that I was about to scan them, she literally snatched the bags out of my hands and took them away. I said “Excuse me?” because I was honestly shocked, and she then turned around and said “Is there a problem?” again with a really bad attitude. There was absolutely no need for any of it. I wasn't doing anything wrong and I was literally about to scan the bags. She could have just waited two seconds and let me explain instead of assuming and then speaking to me like that. My mum is also disabled and we had a lot of shopping to carry, so being left without the bags caused us a lot of inconvenience. I will be making a formal complaint about this because the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable. I understand working in a busy environment can be stressful, but that doesn't give you an excuse to treat customers like that. Really disappointed with Tesco and we definitely won't be rushing back after this. Absolutely disgusting attitude and some serious customer service training is needed.

  As a long-time Tesco customer, I am extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled. I shopped at this store and have the receipt as proof, but I later received a £40 parking charge because I was unaware that staying beyond the initial free parking period required an additional payment. When I realised what had happened, I visited the store twice and politely asked whether the charge could be waived as a gesture of goodwill. On both occasions, I was told that the car park is managed by a third-party company and that there was nothing they could do. While I understand the parking rules, I was very disappointed that no consideration was given to the fact that I was a genuine customer, had spent money in the store, and had simply misunderstood the parking conditions. Most of all, the lack of customer support upset me. From my perspective, it felt as though helping a loyal customer mattered less than strictly enforcing a parking fine. A little understanding and flexibility could have made a big difference. I feel that this money was taken from me unfairly, and I will not be returning to Tesco, as I feel there has been a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. This review is based solely on my personal experience.

  I'm a very disappointed customer, I was waiting for my delivery and I saw the van outside, I waited for the driver to ring the bell,he didn't the next thing I saw him driving away,I tried calling me he ignored my call. I'm very upset and disappointed with Tesco,Walsall!
