  I had a really disappointing experience with Papa John’s. We were repeatedly told our pizza would arrive in 20 minutes, but it didn’t show up until almost two hours later. We were then told the driver was already on the way, yet it still took another 30 minutes to arrive—even though the restaurant is only a 9-minute drive away. The constant inaccurate updates were frustrating, and it felt like we were just being told what we wanted to hear rather than being given honest information. Better communication and more accurate delivery estimates would have made a huge difference.Plus it said it was already delivered which it was not.DISAPPOINTING!!!!
