  Went to collect my pizza last night and spoke to a boy with glasses who said they had lost my food which wasn’t a good start but he apologised insured me that he would make my food again personally and gave me cookies as an apology I’d like to thank the young man for his work to make my order right and the food was great as usual

  I initially received the wrong sauce on my pizza and when I reported it in the help section the store got back to me the next day and offered me a replacement. Brandon was excellent and polite on the email.

  Really upset should a been a lovely day had another gran child at 5pm orderd £40 worth of food .an it didn’t arrive .waiting an waiting said delivered .rings up got a rude manager called Harvey or Harley .no help at all .then waits another 40 min for next lot to be delivered .said my granson who is 7 was laughing at him so he took the food back .got a message saying enjoy your food after the first lot arrived .still sat here waiting now .would not recommend they believe there driver over a customer that uses them .thats 1 hour 20 min now an no pizza .3 phone calls an on offer of a free side .i feel like they don’t believe me. Would not recommended .Manager says it wiil be here it still isn’t .now had to ring back up as forgot my £3 dip .so 3 differnt drivers .5 phone calls avoid this place
