  Ordered 2 portions of pepperoni dough balls and a small pepperoni pizza - what a massive mistake!!! It only cost £22.49 but that’s irrelevant because the app said arriving in 2 minutes - I waited 10 minutes then called them. The person on the other end of the phone said there was a glitch on the app and the food had just been cooked (this was a deliberate lie) which would be with me in 10 minutes. When the food arrived it was luke warm at best - so for a 35-40 minute wait for basically cold food I will happily say that I won’t order again as there are plenty of alternative options that are served by staff that don’t lie and know how to give customer service

  Driver can’t even find an address that is 800 meters from store. Then lies and says he’s at the delivery point. He was half way back to the store. Store wouldn’t send me the food back out. Thieves.

  Absolutely fuming. We tried to order through the app nearly 2 week ago. The order didn't go through properly so we phoned to see why we hadn't had a confirmation as money was pending from our bank. They said that they weren't accepting orders through the app that day and assured that money wouldn't come out. Well the money did come out we've phoned multiple times had to go into the store twice and was told today that they're not sure if they can even sort the refund! Well I'm sorry but that's theft! We never received any food, it wasn't even accepted or made by the store so why they proceeded to take money is beyond us! We shouldn't have to keep chasing our nearly £45 bill and staff should be communicating and fixing the issue, not telling us there might be nothing they can do. After explaining the situation on our second visit to the store the area manager has organized the refund and this apparently will take 3-5 more days before we see our money but this is beyond a joke and we will not use this branch again. Very poor.

  Orded for delivery a peperoni passion and asked for single cheese and to not put alot of sauce on the base they did the complete opposite sent me a replacement one and it was worse i wont be going back again

  I ordered pizza many times, it's tasty but in this price all sauces should be free. Sometimes my pizzas didn't have some ingredients, like the one with goats cheese. Delivery is quick.
